Get to Know Me
Jim Flood has 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. Jim began his
career as a personal banker before becoming a mortgage banker in 1986. As a loan officer,
Jim made the Presidents club in both Georgia and Florida. In 2003, Jim was promoted to
Regional President and served HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation for 18 years.
In 2011, Jim joined Supreme Lending, one of the nation’s top retail mortgage lenders as
Regional manager. Jim served the South Florida Region for Supreme lending nine years
before retiring in 2020. Both companies where Jim Served as Regional executive, were
ranked as “top places to work” by both the Sun Sentinel and the South Florida business
journal.
In 2008, during the economic crisis, Jim formed a program called “The Good Stewards
ministry” at St. Andrews Catholic Church in Coral Springs Florida. The program helped
many families get their financial lives back on tract during the crisis by making better
financial choices and getting out of debt.
In 2009, Jim published “Life Balance Solutions” which was written to help people rebuild
their lives by putting God first. The book was recognized by the City of Coral Springs as an
inspiration. Jim trained over 2,000 people by doing presentations and workshops in major
corporations and church’s in the state of Florida. The book also shares financial strategies
that bring peace and prosperity by writing and executing a financial plan.
Along with Jim’s 35 years of financial experience and living a “debt free life”,
Jim is a certified financial coach through the Dave Ramsey group. Jim also attended financial
advisory school in 2009, but later returned to the mortgage banking industry.
Jim is also a keynote speaker and has spoken at the likes of Keller Williams Real Estate, Siemens Corporation,
Holy Cross Hospital, Fort Lauderdale College,
and many other Real Estate boards and Churches on the topic of Life Balance and Financial Planning.

Jim is active in the community and has served the Catholic Church for 25 years as a
Liturgical Minister and currently serves at the Cathedral of St. Augustine and the Shrine of
Our Lady of La Leche. Jim is also active at Flagler Hospital where he serves as a Eucharistic
Minister and is also involved with Catholic Relief Services and Habitat for Humanity.
Jim lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and is married to his wife Susan for 37 years and
has two daughters, Brandy and Amanda.
